The luxury, delicacy, and supremacy of caviar cannot be disputed. Each caviar varies in color, size, style, and taste. Its modest portion of one ounce displays the fine flavors of Malossol, a Russian term that translates to “little salt”. Sturgeon may come from almost anywhere but its individuality is derived from the care of each producer.

Each portion serves one to two persons and is paired with traditional accoutrements which include chopped egg white, egg yolk, red onion, fresh microgreens and crème fraîche. Our caviar is served with a side of water crackers; however, gluten free crackers and French Blinis (6.50) are available upon request.

Caviar is served best with ice cold vodka or fine champagne.


Wild American Hackleback
Harvested from the world’s smallest sturgeon. The medium roe is pitch black with hints of emerald and gold flakes and a very subtle flavor.

Wasabi Tobiko
Flying fish roe, green in color and flavored with Japanese horseradish. An intense tasting wasabi infused caviar.

Wild American Paddlefish
Caught in the Mississippi River. Comparable to Caspian Sevruga caviar. Pearls are grey in color with a smooth, buttery texture.

Alaskan Salmon
Large, firm, orange pearls, processed in Alaska with traditional Russian methods. Rich in flavor and nutrients that burst with the flavor of the ocean with a hint a sea salt.

Smoked Trout
Smoked with a delicate mixture of apple and oak woods. Firm, medium, orange pearls. The flavor is a burst of freshness and a hint of smokiness followed by the taste of a clean ocean.

American Bowfin
Commonly referred to as “Cajun caviar” from Louisiana. Small, jet-black pearls. The flavor is fresh with a distinctive taste of the ocean and hint of salt.

Truffle Pearl
Unique and unmatchable in the worlds of both truffles and caviar. Small pearls from the juice of Italian black winter truffles.

Golden Whitefish
Small, golden pearls with an exciting pop and clean, mild flavor with a hint of salty sea air.


Imperial Osetra
Named for its superiority and exclusiveness as it was selected for kings. Golden pearls and a smooth, buttery taste with a fresh aroma of the sea.

Elite Reserve Osetra
Crème de la crème of caviar. Medium to large pearls and amber to golden in color, offering a rich and robust flavor with a touch of nuttiness.

Beluga Kaluga Hybrid
One of the highest costing caviars due to its scarcity, duration that it takes sturgeon to reach full maturity and overall high quality. Large pearls, dark amber in color with a smooth, nutty flavor.

Royal Osetra
Large and firm, succulent pearls that are amber in color provide a delicate pop which follows through with an elegant buttery flavor with a hint of nuttiness.

Russian Osetra
A true premium Russian sturgeon caviar. Descendant of the wild breed from the Caspian Sea. Medium, firm pearls with a smooth nutty flavor and delightful finish.

Siberian Baerii
Produced from pure bred Siberian Osetra. Medium, dark pearls that is creamy in texture and follows through with a crisp and nutty taste.

Iranian Pearl Baerii
100% pure Siberian sturgeon. Medium, dark grey, glossy pearls. Firm texture, yet smooth and creamy with a pleasant flavor of the sea and hazelnut

Venezia Osetra
Large, dark pearls that are complex and full of character. Rich and smooth with a hint of sea salt, produced in Venice, Italy under the old Caspian methods.


Tuna Tartare
Sweet soy, chopped red onion, sesame, seaweed, ginger, wasabi cream, crème fraiche, and garnished with Lumpfish caviar

Norwegian Smoked Salmon
Arugula, goat cheese, chopped red onion, capers, infused extra virgin olive oil, and garnished with Lumpfish caviar
